The security at the Lumiere casino are racist against white people. It apparently ok for them to call me "white boy" when asking for my ID, even though I am there several time a week and they all know me and I look nothing close to being underaged... But when I ask why they don't stop and harass the very young black kids in front of me, because I said the word "black" that makes me a racist? Yesterday (7-10) was my first and LAST visit to this awful place. The customer service was AWFUL! Can't figure out which it is..agents are not properly trained and would rather blame the customer to cover up their lack of knowledge or they just don't give a rat's ass about the customer's at all! I spent at least 30 minutes TRYING to remedy a glitch in the Trop Advantage feature and was basically told I was a liar, EVEN with another patron in the line experiencing the very same issue. Just showed up at Lumiere Place for my cousins wedding. I booked my room back in February. They sold out all the rooms and are making me pay for a cab to stay at another hotel across the city. This is a huge inconvenience as I reserved early to ensure I was staying at the hotel the wedding was at. I am utterly unimpressed. Since there were no rooms left and it was after midnight I was left with no choice.
