TiTired of being booted off their casino due to their own mishaps n us the customers pay for it dearly without any compensation. The lights n machines n water leaking ad put us off on 3 occasion without any compensation tthey should be ashamed of ththe way they do business. Lights went out today n they first announced all was going to be fine 20mins. Later they cleared casino floor was only there 10 mins. Couldn't even play the rewards they were to give me today. It's disgusting.
It's a shame I have to give this place one star, in order to voice my displeasure. Thanks again for ruining my daughters 21st birthday. She has never been more humiliated and we have never been treated more poorly. Had we known this was the treatment we would receive, we would have stayed at River City. Last time we will be visiting this dive!!

This casino was ok but most the machines were out of order at least the ones i wanted to play. Slots very tight and wouldnt even keep me entertained for a while. Money gone just like that. Enjoyed "Ozzies" for dinner.
If I could give it a zero I would! Checking in. The lady was so unbelievably rude! I thought about leaving right then, however everywhere else was booked. Then we waited over an hour for a blanket, then the diner food was GROSS! I'm not done yet, the bathroom in the room is so dark it's impossible to get ready in there, e had to turn the air on while it was snowing outside because it was miserably hot. It was awful last night!!! The only machines open had someone sitting in front of them waiting for their name to be drawn (not playing) or the machine was BROKE!!! GOODBYE Lumiere!!!
