I've read a lot of negative comments, but I had a wonderful experience at the casino. I played Blackjack and had a wonderful dealer, Vernon! He had a great personality and did more than just "deal the cards." He spent time talking and laughing with us. I surely didn't experience any "racism" or rude employees. I don't like the smoking policy, since I have allergies and asthma, but I've been at places much worse and much dirtier.
I'm wondering why I don't get free plays gifts and free buffet free rooms anymore??
This hotel was terrible! Hotel room stayed at a uncomfortable 81° the entire time we was there. The rooms were pretty big but bathroom was tiny. The couch was wore out and the carpet was nasty throughout the hotel. The tv didnt even work in the living room area. 20 ounce bottles of soda were 3.50 a piece. I would definitely not recommend anyone chose this hotel there are plenty of cheaper and nicer hotels in the area!!!!
This place has poor customer service! They charge $20.00 to park. The parking attendant says they give your cash back when you get in there! That's a lie!! You have to get 25 slot points! I don't play slots!! I am in their establishment, staying at their hotel! They charge me $20 for parking just so they can keep every one else out! Guess what, I won't be back!!!
Hotel Lumiere is a very nice hotel and the staff was very friendly. The 24 hr diner was great and there room service was very fast and friendly. Here is my problem... We stayed for 2 nights and some room service, which i have no problem paying. The next day we checked our bank acct to do some stuff and noticed that we had 3 holds on our acct for $399 now that's almost $1200 and so we called hotel and he said he would get money released. Never happened so now I have $1200 tied up for 3-5 days because of there mistakes...... read more
I was at Asia last Thursday night about 9:20pm. A chef that I've usually seen at the buffet was working there. I saw him take a sushi role to the fryer without a glove on. Later he was dipping food to be fried with bare fingers, but didn't do this consistently. He pulled lettuce to put on a plate with bare hands and then touched fried for without gloves. He did wear gloves most of the time. Bad example for a "chef" and not good health practices. Didn't know the name, but he wore a usmc lanyard.
I got the package deal bill Cosby tickets and a room for 244.00...they charged me 409.54..a15.00 charge extra they couldn't t explain..front desk people were rude...the carpet in the room was stained...food in the casino was disappointing...when I asked for more asparagus from the buffet they got a attitude...med rare steak was tuff...they did give me my money back on the package...it is Tuesday and I am still waiting for it to go back into my account that is after 8 phone calls...good luck getting the supervisor to talk to ... read more
