We loved this room. Very spacious and in the perfect area. Everything was walking distance if you don’t mind walking. Time square wasn’t too far either and we loved the view we got from the 21st floor! At the end of our stay the clerks at the front ask were very friendly. They asked if we needed to keep our stuff there or if we needed any additional help with transportation. We didn’t but we loved how nice they were.
The Lexington Brass onsite restaurant was fantastic!
Mixed accommodations Amazing: second floor for European breakfast, wine & cheese @ 5pm. Meh: Terribly uncomfortable seating for eating, the worst lounge chairs ever. Even for a glass of wine. Lovely accommodating staff there. Poor: Room not made up the second day of our stay. When I requested it as we were leaving for the evening I was assured it would be. I realised after checking out that I had forgotten my prescription glasses in my room and immediately alerted the hotel. Despite repeated calls and repeated promises to find my glasses, I have not heard back from the hotel. Its been 5 days now. Very disappointing considering that it is a wonderful property and I intended to make it my favourite hotel in NYC. I'm in NYC 5 days every month and this was going to be where I stay.
