The hotel itself is beautiful it’s clean and manager he’s really helpful the front desk the people’s are amazing and to be honest I love my room the executive, bed is so comfortable and the view is amazing I will definitely take a visit back at 48 Lex
Stayed here 3 years ago and notice the property is starting to look a little rough around the edges in places. Staff are eager to please. Bed is comfortable. We had a king room which was large but set-up could be better - lighting is not great and there is just one comfortable chair. Bathroom is large (for NY) and in pretty good shape. We noticed the wear and tear more in the Lounge - couch really needed a good clean.
