We had an amazing stay. Everything was clean and the staff was so kind!
The place itself looks really interesting and got some nice common areas, elevators are very slow but that’s to be expected. Slow as in a lot of people are here and there’s only two elevators. My experience was a little bit abnormal when I arrived my room was not actually ready which was in error. I had to sit with my girlfriend in the lobby until the room is ready but the staff made great efforts to make sure my inconvenience starts had an exciting end. Another wonderful get-away This is often my 'go to' place whenever in New York. We particularly enjoy the small, boutique atmosphere. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, staff are helpful, location is excellent. Will definitely be back..
Service is great no questions asked. Rm service as well and they also got a good restaurant down stairs
I didnt like there was an additonal fee wvwn though i paid for my stay. Everything else was nice.
