A great team The difference between a good hotel and great one is the way they deal with any minor issues you have. 48Lex team were super helpful and always at hand to resolve any questions or minor problems
Everything was great it very quiet and clean I just didn’t like the fact they made you pay a 100 dollar a night fee for amenities but you do get it back once you check out I just wasn’t expecting it.
혼자 지내기 적합한 장소와 위치 혼자 쓰기 적당한 크기의 방이었고, 배정받은 4층의 방은 발코니가 있었지만 겨울보다는 다른 계절에 적합할 듯 합니다. 가장 불만이었던 부분은 타월인데, 바베큐냄새같은 음식냄새가 났습니다. 메이드에게 교체 요청을 했으나 개선되지는 않았습니다. 또한 도착한 날 방이 추워서 담요를 요청했는데 가져다준 담요가 더럽고 머리카락이 여러가닥 붙어있는 등 세탁이 되지 않은 상태여서 사용할 수 없었습니다. 1박당 60$의 추가 서비스 요금이 있고, 체크인 시 1박 당 100$의 디포짓도 있습니다. 위치는 매우 좋아서 위로 지하철 6호선 51st 또는 아래로 조금만 더 가면 그랜드 센트럴까지 걸어서 5분이면 갈 수 있습니다. 버스 정류장도 바로 근처에 위치해 있고요. 투숙하는 기간동안 출입구 공사를 시작했는데, 불편함이 없도록 직원들이 친절히 안내하고 도와주었습니다. 처음엔 수건과 담요 때문에 호텔에 대한 이미지가 매우 좋지 않았는데, 오래 지내다보니 어느정도 적응해서 좋은 점들이 눈에 들어오기 시작했네요. 그래도 전체적... read more
The staff were fantastic (shoutout to Jeremy at the front desk for great customer service), and the location was perfect. However, there were two things that put a damper on our stay. First, the hotel was under renovation. We were not expecting this, and were disappointed that the lobby was completely under construction, and the front desk was moved to the second floor.
