Super Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Hotel sehr sauber und gepflegt. Freundliches Personal. Sehr gute zentrale Lage in Midtown (Grand Central Station mit vielen U-Bahn Anbindungen in ca. 5 Min. fußläufig erreichbar). Frühstücksangebot könnte etwas umfangreicher ausfallen.

Gutes Hotel mit kleinen Macken Ansich ein gutes Hotel, jedoch schlechter Service. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Duschgel leer. Ein Zettel im Badezimmer und ein Hinweis an der Rezeption brachte leider nichts. Erst als wir das Reinigungspersonal zufällig am Gang trafen bekamen wir eines. Das Frühstück war gut - jedoch die Auswahl spärlich.
Great location! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was unseasonably warm for NY and our AC wasn't working properly. We could never get the room temp cool enough. This would be my only complaint
Vale a pena Incrível! Hotel muito limpo e cheiroso, com acomodações confortáveis e modernas. Os atendentes também foram muito educados e gentis. Na minha opinião ele fica na melhor região de manhatam. Cerca de 2 quadras da grand central, o que facilita o uso do metrô. Achei bom porque vc pode ir para a Times Square caminhando poucos minutos, ao mesmo tempo que não fica hospedado na muvuca daquela região. Booo!!!! The hotel is nice,the staff was the least personable, friendly and welcoming I have ever seen. For that I will never return. Then the $60 they added,for what????
