facility has the ocean tower to also acomódate guests, that is not the Coronado experience, facility not well kept, no water for a whole day, water heater doesn’t work well, poor internet, etc, still they charge you top dollars. Good about facility is location, in front of the ocean, the best.

The hotel and beach were beautiful! It was a very busy place but well run and staffed to support all. Felt like I was at an all inclusive in the Caribbean.

Del 19 Our second visit and the desk clerks need a refresher in customer service. First room was totally unacceptable and over an hour in lines. Send clerks to the Arizona Biltmore to see how luxury service is done!

Watch out for construction. We were awoken every morning at 7am with God awful jackhammering and other ridiculously loud noises right outside of our room. We had an ocean view but we also had a view of all kinds of construction equipment and machinery In addition, one day I waited 40 minutes for my car from valet which made me late to a doctors appointment that had to be rescheduled.
