Get directionsWe stayed in the new Views section of the property. Self parking was $55/day and wasn't located very close to our room. Also, the bed was not good quality and pretty squeaky. The price for this hotel is already too high for what you get, but even higher once they add in all of the other fees and taxes.
The room was infested with ants. We were supposed to have an ocean view and did not and a balcony. Transferred to room where it took 20 minutes for warm water to come on.
Okay this hotel is be amazing. It’s the perfect location. The only issue I had was my smoke alarm kept going off? Like in the middle of the night. Then randomly. We would come back and it would be going off.
Overpriced, so many hidden charges and fees, room was subpar, service at the restaurants was awful and the food was terrible. Not as magical as you would expect for the price.
I'm going to write a real story about this hotel from now on. It's a story about why this hotel doesn't want to give a single star. I checked in at 4:00 PM. However, they said the room was not ready and asked to wait for the text to be given right away. And the receptionist said the room was still not ready and asked me to come in 25 minutes. We had a good time until our last night at 1 am they decided to test their fire alarm system and evacuate the entire building. With a toddler this was an absolute awful end to our trip and totally unnecessary Would expect a lot more from such a nice hotel

It’s a very expensive museum. Rooms are small and need refurbishing. My room was bleak, and dark. The person who checked me in was perfunctory, and did not engage me with a smile. The hotel was crowded and filled with tourists. There was nothing relaxing about the experience. Parking was 75 dollars per day, and the entrees at the restaurants started at about 50 dollars and went much higher. We went back after a fantastic experience five years ago. It was an unpleasant surprise to experience staying with them in August 2023. The staff was rude (passive-aggressive and condescending), rooms were not ready for check-in, rooms were not clean, and the worst part was that they didn't even care. For example, one day, we woke up, had a coffee in the room, and left.
