Poor service, uncleanly, and lack of communication Many attempts were made to call housekeeping, room service, and the front desk without an answer. There was dried blood on the wall in the bathroom, luckily I ran into housekeeping in the hallway and somebody did go clean that area. Finally, when I was able to reach the front desk, I asked for extra towels and a toothbrush, I was reassured that they would be delivered and they never were. Unfriendly staffs..poor customer service... way overpriced
Mold & water damage above toilet in the bathroom area-have photos & video. For the price they charge I would never recommend staying here with these kind of health hazards!
The location is beautiful. However, the staff seems very incapable. At check-in there was a very long line as three people attended to a single person. It seemed like the five behind the desk were all in training. Despite the “DO NOT DISTURB” sign on the door, housekeeping kept knocking on the doer well before the 11:00 am check out time. Staff needs to be trained to correspond to the rates charged at this beautiful hotel.
It was horrible experience, we were given a room in front of the elevator, asked if we could get a different and placed in a room that was facing a roof and at the end of building 6. The staff made comments about service members (Navy and Marine Corps) as if they were a bother for the hotel. Overall bad experience, would never go back.
Bevan Jacobs died on March 7. His wife Diane could not check in to the hotel because he made the reservations through Expedia. There is no way to get a human on the phone quickly to remedy the situation. She did not have his password to the site It took nearly an hour talking to someone in a foreign country just to change the name in the reservation
