We really enjoyed our 3 says here. We stayed in the Views building and were very comfortable. Really enjoyed looking around the old hotel part and grounds. The staff was efficient and friendly. Pool was nice. The only disappointment was not the property's fault but rather the polluted Beach while although beautiful the red flag was out the whole time we were there due to pollution coming up from Tijuana. Beautiful grounds and got that old school feel with the scenery & history. Staff was a little slow with customer service but pleasant. Overall great time!!
GREAT, access from our room/patio to the pool area. Rooms were furnished exquisitely. Didn't like: NO ROOM SERVICE. Elevator was not labeled, couldn't find it. Desk clerk didn't explain where our room was in an understandable manner. Map was hard to understand. Service worker had to help us. One of my pillow cases was dirty with dead moth residue.
The beaches are closed due to water contamination. Not the hotels fault just a bummer...
Beach was nice and clean. Grounds were well kept.

Hotel Del is a true American Gem! Its history and amenities are unmatched by nearly all other key resorts in the US...and it is so amazingly beautiful. The only issue that I could mention is that the check-in and check-out process needs some improvement...I was given the wrong room on arrival, and the check-out process and return of my valet-parked car took a combined 55 minutes.

Always a great stay at the del. We stay here every 3months and thisntime we did the cabanas instead of the victorian and was mich better. Cabanas are tile floor not as dusty as the victorian
