You can’t beat the location of this hotel and its eloquence. However, if you are paying $500 a night you expect a better and smoother experience. Every time we have stayed here there is always something that goes wrong - this time was no different. Our digital key kept not working - at one point we were sitting on the floor in front of our room waiting on the front desk who was no help.
