Nice stay for a few days over spring break. Rooms definitely need updating. Long check in lines---did not feel like their was enough staff for guests present during busy spring break week. Spend most of time on beach so did not feel crowded though resort was busy.

The property itself is beautiful, you can feel the history here. That experience alone is very nice to experience BUT, what is disappointing is for the price you pay, which is very high, you get nothing. You pay 40.00 per day for parking, no morning paper, you have to pay for a chair and umbrella on the beach, pay for a chair and bonfire, all high priced. This was disappointing to say the least! We had an enjoyable stay. The only thing that was a negative was the the check in wait. Not enough personal-only 2 people at the desk. No concierge or help at the desk because of lack of personnel.

This hotel is one in a million. Awesome location with tons of options for food, shopping, drinks, etc. Can't wait to return!

The Del- Classic but Renovating! Pros- cabana room with Firepit, access to beach, hot tub was hot, staff was friendly Cons: lots of remodeling going on which doesn’t interfere with everything but it does take away from full experience. All the fees when half the stuff is closed is not good business in my opinion. Prices too high for being subjected to construction noise and sights. Hilton not very accommodating for this aspect.
