Our stay was so wonderful! All of the staff was so kind and made our stay magical- especially Alexa at the front desk! She really went above and beyond to make our stay special! Can’t wait to visit the Del again in the future!
the place was spectacular my room with sea view, everything perfect
Disappointed with the staff customer service, except for the very kind bellhop. The front desk was disorganized and not very friendly. I did not feel welcomed checking in or appreciated at all. Without even a hello, I was barked at to walk up to a desk and that person would check me in, then turned away because they were not ready...that happened three times in a row. I had to laugh. Easy check-in. Staff wore masks. Hand sanitizer every where. Nice restaurants and view. Still had a great time despite COVID. Felt safe there.
Beautiful property but noisy The noise level was bad for our quiet getaway. The construction next door and the constant jets fly over near Miramar until 10pm was annoying.
