Is what it is I hate to complain because construction is always a part of things. But when there is a guy literally right outside your window all day long it's kind of ridiculous to have that Room open for business. That being said the property is beautiful and we enjoyed our time overall.
The Del is undergoing renovations. The restaurants, beach and common areas were updated and nice. The main lobby was closed for renovations. At the restaurants, the cocktails were really good. They also have a market where you can get snacks, coffee, and pastries on site. We loved grabbing coffee and taking it to the beach in the morning. The hotel was clean with COVID regulations and staff was very friendly. The only downside was the guest rooms haven’t undergone renovations and are a little older. Cabana’s at the Del The Cabana’s is a perfect way to enjoy the sea and the beach with the charm of The Del. Room was clean and spacious. Comfy bed. Great outdoor patio with fire pit.
