"Attempted bait and switch" salesman and sales manager agreed on the purchase price of the car, arrived to paperwork printed for a different car. A car that had already sold. They printed more papers and showed me the price for the car I had wanted all along, the one two different people agreed to sell at a specific price, but now it's $2,500 more than we agreed upon. They refused to make it right, said a mistake and whoops.

I received a call from a member of upper management about teh case and they agreed to make it right, we both made some concessions and in the end they fixed the Issue, thank you to Hudson management.

"Average...Nothing Special " The folks were nice but didn't show they appreciated my business. No Armor All on Dash...bare minimal was done to clean interior. First stop after we got the car was a Car Wash. They forgot the temp. plate. I called days later about it. "Worst experience of my life. 😢" TERRIBLE SERVICE AFTER PURCHASE! I’m so upset! My husband bought van from them in May 2018 and in October, it turned off while taking my daughter to school. We lived in Savannah and got it towed to Grainger. The engine was messed up - luckily it had the lifetime warranty on it or I would have been stuck with than $10K bill. It took 2 months to fix. "Simple oil change" Called on Saturday to make a appointment for oil change. Excited that they where open early and on MLK day. So appointment to my knowledge was set monday 730am. Pulled up 720am stood outside the door till they opened. "Incompetent and no customer service " Recently purchased a vehicle from Hudson Nissan and can honestly say we were shocked at how incompetent and dishonest they were. Full disclosure: We purchased this vehicle from out of town and had them deliver it, and that definitely added to the entire debacle. The salesman and finance folks never communicated on anything so every time we spoke with one or the other we had to basically start over and try to catch them up on where we were in the purchase process. "Disappointed " I initiated sale due to interest in used car at dealership. Unfortunately my salesman was not experienced or very interested. I felt that he could care less if I bought the vehicle or not. Even though I made an appt to see the vehicle he had no idea where it was when I arrived, he knew no important facts about it when I asked. "Engine Light on when purchasing told it would be fixed." I can't really do it honestly until I get the car fixed . When I bought the car. I took it for a test drive that was good but the engine service light was on. I told the representative that I wanted to get it checked out and fixed. While I was filling out the paperwork he told me it was fixed . I asked what it was and he couldn't tell me. "Won't honor warranty unless the car breaks down/strands you." 4 visits to the service department with a check engine light and a whine under the hood on 2016 Nissan Titan XD Diesel with 16k miles. After the 3nd visit (3 hours in the waiting room each visit so 12 in total) I became frustrated that they didn't fix anything and just reset the light and told me everything would be fine, and if it came on again they would give me a loaner and then spend more diagnostic time.
