"my nissan visit" I took my car for engine lite being on they kept it for 3days when my wife pick up car had trash inside they said they did not put . they put a new bulb in shifter engine lite still on now I have to take back not to sure they didn't let some one used my car
"Not for timely service" Wait was much too long after being told 45 minutes--then some longer--total 2 hours while others came in later and left earlier. Two others waiting complained about the same thing--we complained to each other and not to the staff. Each of us was in for routine oil change , etc. Poor customer service.
"Tried to Sell me Services that were not Needed" I requested an oil and filter change online and stated that I would be waiting for my car. My appointment was at 9 am. I arrived at the dealership at 8:50 am. I was greeted within five minutes. I also asked that the wiper inserts be replaced. The service technician tried to sell me a brake fluid flush and fuel injection. I stated that I did not want them done. I waited almost two hours for the oil and filter change. "Beyond disappointed " I took my car into Charleston Nissan because front driver side door would not open from the inside. I had scheduled an appointment and had stated I would be waiting for my car. What I thought would be an easy fix turned into a 4-5 hour ordeal. When I arrived I was told there were recalls on my car that they would take care of (I asked twice but never was told what they were). The initial wait time was about 3 - 3 1/2 hours. " Oil Change" Had a appointment for a complimentary oil change at 240 pm. Was offered 5 upsells which I politely refused. From that point I feel I became a non entity. It took 2.5 hrs to complete. Only when I went back to the advisor section did they then try to locate my car. It was found parked in the lot. If the complimentary oil changes are a problem. Don’t offer them.

"No service appointment" I arrived at 1330 on Friday, 12/15/17, to get my scheduled service tire rotation. As expected, they were very busy but Brad Braun could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. I was out the door in less than one hour!
"Shoddy repair" I had to have the washer reservoir replaced on my Sentra yesterday. The service tech failed to replace 4 push rivets. Now I have to go back today to get the job properly finished. I will try Hunter Nissan in North Charleston for my next service. Hopefully their service techs won't try and screw me and do a poor job like the service dept. at Charleston Nissan.
"You have no choice " Service Writer told me I have no choice but to pay their outrageous rates since both Nissan dealerships owned by same person. No choice in Charleston if you buy Nissan.
"2014 Titan Service" Took my Titan to the dealer for an airbag fault light and decided to ask them to align my wheels at the same time. They fixed the fault light no problem. I thought the price was too high for the alignment but somehow I listened to the service advisor that they align all four tires on my 4x4 truck. Still not sure how one can align fixed axle rear wheels? The cost was $168 for the alignment..
