"Incompetent and no customer service " Recently purchased a vehicle from Hudson Nissan and can honestly say we were shocked at how incompetent and dishonest they were. Full disclosure: We purchased this vehicle from out of town and had them deliver it, and that definitely added to the entire debacle. The salesman and finance folks never communicated on anything so every time we spoke with one or the other we had to basically start over and try to catch them up on where we were in the purchase process. "Disappointed " I initiated sale due to interest in used car at dealership. Unfortunately my salesman was not experienced or very interested. I felt that he could care less if I bought the vehicle or not. Even though I made an appt to see the vehicle he had no idea where it was when I arrived, he knew no important facts about it when I asked. "Engine Light on when purchasing told it would be fixed." I can't really do it honestly until I get the car fixed . When I bought the car. I took it for a test drive that was good but the engine service light was on. I told the representative that I wanted to get it checked out and fixed. While I was filling out the paperwork he told me it was fixed . I asked what it was and he couldn't tell me. "Won't honor warranty unless the car breaks down/strands you." 4 visits to the service department with a check engine light and a whine under the hood on 2016 Nissan Titan XD Diesel with 16k miles. After the 3nd visit (3 hours in the waiting room each visit so 12 in total) I became frustrated that they didn't fix anything and just reset the light and told me everything would be fine, and if it came on again they would give me a loaner and then spend more diagnostic time. "Surprise policy change" Four years I have been showing up early on Saturday morning to get my first come first served oil change. Today that all changed. Apparently today you must have an appt. what other commitments is the dealer going to discard?

"my nissan visit" I took my car for engine lite being on they kept it for 3days when my wife pick up car had trash inside they said they did not put . they put a new bulb in shifter engine lite still on now I have to take back not to sure they didn't let some one used my car

"Not for timely service" Wait was much too long after being told 45 minutes--then some longer--total 2 hours while others came in later and left earlier. Two others waiting complained about the same thing--we complained to each other and not to the staff. Each of us was in for routine oil change , etc. Poor customer service.

"Tried to Sell me Services that were not Needed" I requested an oil and filter change online and stated that I would be waiting for my car. My appointment was at 9 am. I arrived at the dealership at 8:50 am. I was greeted within five minutes. I also asked that the wiper inserts be replaced. The service technician tried to sell me a brake fluid flush and fuel injection. I stated that I did not want them done. I waited almost two hours for the oil and filter change. "Beyond disappointed " I took my car into Charleston Nissan because front driver side door would not open from the inside. I had scheduled an appointment and had stated I would be waiting for my car. What I thought would be an easy fix turned into a 4-5 hour ordeal. When I arrived I was told there were recalls on my car that they would take care of (I asked twice but never was told what they were). The initial wait time was about 3 - 3 1/2 hours.
