"First service after purchase" Becca was very friendly and knowledgeable. The oil change was done quickly, however I've had to ask 3 times for the time to be cleaned. The day I purchased the car there was residue from stickers left on the rims. At this visit the sticker residue was gone but all 4 rims are now scratched. I'm highly disappointed that I have to drive a brand new car around work scratched up rims due to lack of care in the detailing department. "Aweful customer service." Do not get your car serviced here. They do not stand behind their products. all they want is to get your money. The service girl didn't even want to listen to my problem.

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER " DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. About a month ago my husband purchased a new vehicle and put down $5000 cash. All the proper documents were signed by all parties, monies were received, and my husband drove off happily in his new 2016 Maxima. About a week later he received a call stating that someone had either "misplaced" or "failed to receive" the cash down payment and that my husband needed to come back in and pay the money. "Buyer Beware" Worst I've been treated by a dealership in over 45 years of buying cars. First they assume your're stupid, then they insult you, then accuse you of wasting THEIR time, and finally try to prevent you from leaving. Salesman was great, sales manager needs to be far, far away from a customer service job. A total embarrassment to the car business and the sad part is he thinks he's smart.

"Slow and lack of communication " I was told 45-60mins for a tire rotation and oil change, it's been over 2hrs and I have yet to get my vehicle back! Terrible!!!

"Would not honor the claimed Military Discount." Nothing special about this dealership. Saleman was a good but the Mananger didnt care much about anything. Still purchased a car but only due to driving 3 hours so didnt want to leave empty handed. Recommend shopping around.

"Appt. for oil change means nothing!!!" This is the second time my son who bought his Pathfinder from this dealership has made an appt. for an oil change, and had to wait over two/three hours to get waited on. What good does an appt. make? "Express Service Nonexistent " Expect to wait at least two hours for express service. Not worth the free oil change. Do not expect to receive a survey when you receive subpar service. I attempted to contactcontact the service manager directly with no response leaving me to post negative reviews whereverwherever I can. This was my first and last purchase from this dealership! p.s I have purchased 6 nissans.

"Bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad" worst buying experience of my life. they're the reason the car industry has such a bad reputation. i would recommend everyone to stay far away.
