Horrible dealership. It's kind of like a puppy mill and really, really undervalued my trade-in and then within under a minute offered double. Bad business. I'd never buy a car from them.
Unless you want to pay large some of money and your vehicle still doesn’t work, I suggest going here. I spent over $1000 just for a “backyard” mechanic to find and fix the problem with my car. I escalated the situation and of course Nissan decided to side with the dealership but I will stop because this unfair and no one should have to go through this.
Cant say enough great things about Eli, very responsive and keeps you up to date. He was out, but left me the name of two people there to help. Well one was busy and the other couldn’t be found. So I waited over twenty minutes without do much as a he’s busy or can I help you or even a hello. There are plenty of other dealerships that will help you.
Worst dealership EVER in my 40 years of car-buying experience! Zero customer service. The multi-point inspection is apparently not performed by people who know anything about cars. Had to purchase a car out of state because, sadly, our car was stolen and totaled. I know car salesmen will harass you so when I enquired about a vehicle I wanted to buy I would only give them an e-mail and told them the phone number was bogus. I spoke via e-mail to 3 different people and I tell you I have never dealt with anyone as arrogant as these people. They are a poxy Nissan dealer and the car I was interested in was a 7 series BMW. I took my truck to Hudson Nissan because it needed a TPI replaced. I thought that the price that they quoted me was reasonable so I left the truck there to be repaired. The service writer called me later and quoted me a price of 420 to replace the TPI. I asked why they couldn't repair it for the quoted price and he explained that was just for the diagnosis. I went in to this Nissan for an oil change. When I was checking in I asked if they would give me text messages with pictures showing any other work I needed. The tech came and found me at the end with a list of “critical work, requires immediate attention”. I called the Nissan where I used to live and asked if these prices were correct, they said no they were much higher than normal rates and suggested I look for another Nissan near by or a jiffy lube. BUYERS BEWARE! ! After dealing for about two weeks with one of dealerships representative Angel Vasquez in regards to buying a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. We paid $500 to take the vehicle off the market, coordinated with the sales representative (ROB) before our arrival and have check on hand. Don’t sign using there digital device no matter what they say. The deal will change after the sale. Going on three months still haven’t received copies of what they sent to Nissan.

Why am I also getting letters from banks I have never heard of months later saying you gave them my signature permission to run my credit after the sale? And what else has my digital signature used for? Just send my paperwork so I can find another dealer to service my truck or send the fraudulent transaction paperwork to NMAC like they are suggesting.
