"Customer Service is AWFUL - brought my 2010 Nissan Rogue..." Customer Service is AWFUL - brought my 2010 Nissan Rogue into the shop and was told it would cost $140 for a diagnostic test on the airbag light - appointment was at 900 am - later received a call back at around 1:00 pm (4 hour diagnostic time- lol) and was told it would cost between $2000-3000 to replace the front passenger airbag sensor - WTH - the car is valued at $3500 and they wanted $3000 to replace a sensor?? "Dont buy from here. Bought a brand new truck from here..." Dont buy from here. Bought a brand new truck from here and when I brought it home I noticed some sort of stain on the back seat. Since it was closed by that point I called in morning to service and was told no worries we will take care of it when you bring it in for its first service. In between I had multiple other issues. They do not honor the pricing that they post online (different prices on different third party sites for the same car). They say in their online adds that their $629 dealer fee is included in the listed pricing but once at the dealership, they tried to add that on to the listed price from online. "Attempted bait and switch" salesman and sales manager agreed on the purchase price of the car, arrived to paperwork printed for a different car. A car that had already sold. They printed more papers and showed me the price for the car I had wanted all along, the one two different people agreed to sell at a specific price, but now it's $2,500 more than we agreed upon. They refused to make it right, said a mistake and whoops.

"Average...Nothing Special " The folks were nice but didn't show they appreciated my business. No Armor All on Dash...bare minimal was done to clean interior. First stop after we got the car was a Car Wash. They forgot the temp. plate. I called days later about it. "Worst experience of my life. 😢" TERRIBLE SERVICE AFTER PURCHASE! I’m so upset! My husband bought van from them in May 2018 and in October, it turned off while taking my daughter to school. We lived in Savannah and got it towed to Grainger. The engine was messed up - luckily it had the lifetime warranty on it or I would have been stuck with than $10K bill. It took 2 months to fix. "Simple oil change" Called on Saturday to make a appointment for oil change. Excited that they where open early and on MLK day. So appointment to my knowledge was set monday 730am. Pulled up 720am stood outside the door till they opened.
