He didn’t notify me that the recall camera was no longer in stock. The entire reason I booked my appointment when I did. He could not recall information about my car that I needed repair on when he called. He was supposed to call me back this morning to set up a time to reschedule the recall appt and never did. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

I had an 9:45 oil change appointment and waited 3 hours. Nobody should wait that long with an appointment. I was told they probably didn’t have the oil filter in house which is why it took so long. I asked why wouldn’t Nissan have the oil filter in house if they knew I was bringing my car in to get serviced. This is a car that I purchased at Nissan. I was told they don’t operate that way. Our salesperson Angel was wonderful until he received our check. Once the check was in his hands, we were just a thought. I had to ask how did he start the vehicle with the remote. He showed my husband then turned to go speak with his co-workers. I had to contact the manager concerning Angel not showing my husband how to work the truck as well as the truck was shaking when you went over 65 mph. We were told by the manager to bring the truck back so that it could be checked as well as for Angel to show my husband how to work ... read more

Recommend a friend and they treated her bad. A woman was watching the sales person and she felt like she was being treated like a criminal!!! Not cool!
The sales person was fairly new. He was a nice young man. The one you have to watch out for is their finance guy. He increased the price of the car in the contract btly 2,501.00 and then added GAP coverage and extended warranty without asking if I wanted it. I was over charged over 7,900.00. They make you purchase an 1,187.00service that is added into the value of the car. I saw a 4 yr old car I wanted, placed a deposit on it at lunch, emailed my bank approval letter, then got an email from Hudson’s Joel (unkempt looking guy in management) with astronomical rates and payments. I called and said I had sent a letter from my bank I planned to use and hadn’t had a chance to meet the finance person to see if I wanted any warranties but he had tacked on everything.
