Misrepresentation at sale table Was sold a service plan at closing. I was told it included free oil change for 2 years with free gas at oil change, free car wash for 500.00. Now at 1st service no full tank of gas and no loaner car unless I spend money on service. I guess they needed to sell a unit. This sale was done by the manager Tommy.

Never again sales or service As long as you have no expectations about being treated like any thing but a check, you might fare better. I was rushed, harrassed, lied to, and ignored by the North Charleston team and will not be returning for any sales or service needs.

The Service at This Dealership Was Very Saddening When taking a car to get serviced by the company that makes your car, you expect at least good service, good communication, and a great deal of trust. Usually, when I take my car to a Nissan dealership I am treated with respect and vigor. Unfortunately, I was given biased treatment due to my age these past few days. One little hitch Bought preowned...4/18. Drivers side mirror want fold in...(should have been caught during inspection). Salesperson advised will speak with sales and svc mgt. and advise..no word yet... Other then the ahat, all good.

One star only DO NOT COME HERE. Although I take ownership of signing the credit check, never once was I communicated with in regards to lenders or to offer my own pre approval. Regardless I never signed out for my credit to be ran 6 times. If that’s how you conduct business stay away! As stated “if we’re told to inquire for one lender we will”. vehicle purchases The inquiry, service and purchase with benefits program wasnt hard diiscussions...vehicle wasnt fully washed and leaves roughly surfaces on most areas and on top , and partial waxed or polished ..

Good and quick process Only problem was pretty big scratch on back of car that was poorly touched up and not mentioned on inspection. Was rainy day so looked like rain streak.

Went in for Oil Change Came out with new Car. I went in on a sat morning to get my oil change. After the change I asked if I could see a sale rep after I saw one I talked to him about maybe trading in my car. At 1st they really did not want to give me much of a trade in. However once we talked and they found out that I am a loyal Customer I was able to get a good deal on the Truck. The only negative is I spent almost 7 hours at the dealship.

Won't honor Perforation warranty Seeing the turnover in the dept I will never take or buy another Nissan vehicle, or take my vehicle there for servicing. I took my 2014 Nissan in for routine maintenance as well as a recall to have the airbag computer reset. when I was it was done I showed the service adviser Jacob the paint just peeling off the front of the truck.
