10K Service In for 2d service call. Service manager "Tim" was short handed but expidited getting me in and out quickly. He said an hour due to short staff, and with in 60 minutes I was ready to go, and always with a clean car. No problems here. Waiting area was clean and comfortable.
a most pleasant experience Jonathan (as well as his colleague Estevon - hope I spelled his name correctly) were an absolute pleasure to work with. All of our questions were answered, Jonathan was easy to work with and very accommodating. To make things short - he is very knowledgeable and helped making the purchase for a car that my daughter liked very easy. Technicians not qualified to service hybrid engine The dealership does not have qualified technicians to repair a hybrid high voltage engine. This disappointed me because they sell the Leaf, and there are other hybrids out there. Shame on this dealership for not being proactive in their technician training. I had to take my car to Morris Nissan to get it serviced. Previously, I had taken my car in for checking the tire pressure sensor. They reportedly replaced this, but didn't actually do the replacement.
Very poor service today Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Well 2 hours later they finally finished and washed the exterior. When I got home we discovered my antenea was missing. Now I have to waste more of my time tomorrow to get a new antenea. And we all know how congested Rivers Ave is at 5:30 on a Friday
