Internet Sales The Internet Sales Manager, Josh, left a message on my voicemail for me to call him back. I had tried to purchase on of Hudson's wholesale vehicles, but my credit score wasn't good enough. Even though my wife and I had purchased a used vehicle about a year ago with no problem. What a difference a year makes! But getting back to Josh. I tried calling him about four times on his cell and three at the dealership, left message after message for him to call me back. Service department I purchased my 2015 Altima SV in October of 2014 , Mikey Lam was excellent as was Casey (finance Manager ) . That's where it kinda stopped for me , I've had three negative service department experiences , today being the latest . The past two negative have left me with dread when I have to go to the service department there. No knowledge or expertise. Took my 2009 a Murano in for a loud noise. Researched it online and I told them what I thought it was. Got it back 2 days later, they said it needed a transmission flush. Did it for $300. Noise didn't go away. Brought it back. My appt was for 8 am. Didn't hear anything from anyone, even after numerous calls, until 4:15 pm. I was told that it was worked on by a technician with 16 yrs experience. Couldn't figure out what the noise was. Finally it was a cv boot. Ok. Picked up my Murano, brought it to ... read more

"Satisfied" I went to Hudson Nissan looked at the 2014 and 2015 Nissan Rogue. The salesman, Andre Toro was very patient and thorough in explaining the features on both. To my surprise the 2015 was the best choice. It had all the features I wanted, the price offered with the rebate was within my budget and most of all I could get my first choice of colors (Cayenne Red). oil change I purchased my xterra here about 3 years ago so I had the free oil change for 5 years. I recently brought my car in for an oil change and I didn't realize I got charge for it til I got home. Later that day I called nissian to tell them what happened and ended up talking to an answering machine, I left a message so they can call me back. Service Manager apologized to the customer for having an issue with receiving their refund. Not at anytime during the conversation was the Service Manger rude to the customer. Dealer has processed the refund for the customer. The Service Manager will track when the refund was mailed out and correct the issue. Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to our Service Department, so that we have the ability to build a strong relationship for current and future business with our customers.

poor service The service team missed the correct diagnoses of the issue and changed me the extra labor. Furthermore, at one point the service consultant did not call me for 10 days. When I call them, nothing had been done.

Poor service after the sale 2 stars for service after the sale, while I received excellent service from the salesman , Conor Stickney, the antenna mount needed to be replaced (under warranty). I was contacted by the office personnel with in a day of purchase to set up an appointment for the antenna. When I took it in for service and was told the part had to be ordered and would take a day or two to get in and they will call me when it arrives. A week has past and no call, what a wonderful way to retain business
