Worst service I have ever received from a Nissan Dealership First of all,I have owned 4 Nissans starting in 1984 and am not from this area. After reading all of the great reviews, I took my 2015 Nissan Rogue to have warranty work completed since it was makng a terrible noise. After sitting in their lounge for almost 4 hours with no update, finally asked the representative. He said they were not sure but looked like transmission. 2015 Versa with Satellite issues Dropped vehicle last Thursday. Was told new radio was ordered. Called Monday at 930 for status...was told someone would call back. 1315 went to dealer because was on hold for more than 15 mins. Radio was just ordered today. Not happy with service dept at all. This is second time vehicle has been in for same problem.

Service problems When I bought my Nissan armada, I received amazing service from the sales department. I thought the service department would be ok too. That is were the problem started. The service writers that meet are very nice and willing to help, but other than that I am very irritated with the service department. I had to get the passenger front window fixed within a month of receiving the car, not an issue, but it is doing the exact same thing now. Satisfacation What sold me was not just the vehicle (a new Murano) but the professionalism and courtesy of the salesman and the attention that all the staff paid to my questions and comments,

Service Dept. Experience My last visit at Hudson Nissan service dept was the worst I have ever experienced at any auto service store. They kept my truck for almost a month and kept promising false hope.

service On Wednesday 07/29/2015 at approx. 943AM, I called Hudson Nissan and request to talk to a service advisor because my car ignition switch was broken and I could not start my car which was parked at the Sphinx gas station about 1/4 mile south of Hudson Nissan. Arrogant salespeople awful service! That is the worst service and the most arrogant sales people I've ever met in my entire life I would never go back there again even if you paid me. You can find nicer people at the drive-through at your local restaurant

Not the most honest dealership... Updated: 7/6 These guys are good at selling cars and making you feel like you're not being pressured, which is great. But you have to realize that low-pressure sales is still just a sales tactic, intended to gain your trust and put you at ease. It only means they want their sale and a good review. DO NOT GO TO HUDSON NISSAN! Will not be going back!!! I am a 2x returning customer for Hudson Nissan. I have sent several people to them over the past few years. Always brought my car to them for service spending top dollar for the best. So imagine my surprise when I found out that Dennis Davis in the Service department was bad mouthing me to my own friends that came in for service.
