WORST DEALERSHIP IN THE WORLD Called 10 different people; all went to Voicemail. Wife has had to speak to GM EVERYTINE to get the most simple repairs done. They kept her car the whole day and didn't do ANYTHING to it, but "forgot" to call her and let her know. GM doesn't care about customer service and everybody follows his lack of leadership

Bate and switch in the service department. I brought my vehicle in to fix the wheel well flare and was told by Jake Brock it has never checked but I needed exhaust brackets and exhaust work costing $1300. I asked if that was covered under my warranty he said NO but after pressed he said he dont know and could not check. After asking him for a cost breakdown and description of the work to shop it around, I was told they will not have that until after the work was do. But he had the repair price ready for me. Like a nightmare from xxxx! I had heard Hudson Nissan had a good service dept. and Charleston Nissan didn't. I wish I had .known they were owned by the same company, I would have driven another 50 or 100 miles for service! My problem with my 2007 Nissan Xterra (other than taking it to Hudson Nissan) was that the terminal that fits on the positive post on the battery was loose and couldn't be tightened anymore. They will rip you off!! this place will try to get you to spend money that is not needed! They pushed the "gap" insurance that only pays your vehicle off if you have more damage than the vehicle is worth. Well they even push it when you put $8500 down on a $30000 vehicle. You will never be "upside down" in this vehicle so they were just trying to steal $500 from me. What a rip off!! Don't even get me started on the crappy service dept. Sales matters-Service, oh, maybe! I choose to only rate according to my most recent experience. Having work in sales and service at the management level, I am always most interested and appreciative of in the service the customer receives "After the Sale". It's a"no-brainer that the salesman/woman will treat you like royalty when you are buying. (money is being made for them and the dealership! Overcharged and Undervalued After vehicle purchase bank informed me I paid too much. I wa not sincerely taken care of with concerns. I was given cheap replacement for item needed for vehicle!

No sales people I have gone to this dealership 3 times in the last few months. First time I got a greeter she said she would go get someone, I waited for over 30 minutes, no sales person ever came out. Second time 3 sales persons standing in front of show room talking to each other. I asked about the car I was interested in. One guy pointed where they were on the lot, I asked if one was opened. $704 later same issue I make the drive from Jax to Charleston frequently. I decided since I will be moving to SC soon to have my car serviced while I was there. Car has over 103k and needed a tune up. Car has also been acting strange on my long trips. About an hour and half into drive it will suddenly not let me accelerate. No warning lights have come on. Do not use service department After reading all of the great review, I decided to have my warranty work completed by this dealership. Never again! Stay away from the service department! They had my vehicle for 5 days with little to no contact about what was wrong with it, no loaner vehicle although they said "we will find one and let you know as soon as we can".
