From the receptionist to the nurse and technician, everyone was professional, polite and knowledgeable.
Everyone in reception, dexa technician and MRI team was friendly, kind and knowledgeable.

Apparently the imaging center is not a part of hospital. I have been scheduled for pre-op and registered at pre-op entering point with all questions to be answered. Yet, at imaging center I was treated as a walk-in patient and had to answer all the questioner and wait for about 45 min. Very much unsatisfied with the process.

The technician was brutal with injecting dye and left a bruise. Light swelling, prefer Kevin who is gentle and precise. Too much chatter among employees, focus on patient

HANDLED WITH CARE IN AND OUT IN KNOW TIME
Monday April 3, I had 2 appointments. The first was a thyroid ultrasound at 11:50. The second was for a mammogram. When ultrasound was finished, I walked over for my mammogram. The doors were locked and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed for a staff meeting and would reopen at 12:30. When I made the appointments,I told the scheduler that I wanted to schedule them as close together as possible, which I thought she did. Had a 7:15 evening appointment. Was called and told to come in early. Got there waited over an hour and a half. Was finally taken in 30 minutes after my 7:15 original appointment. On my way in from the parking lot in front of the entrance there were bloody towels on the curb.
