I’m sorry to say but this time I did not had a great experience with this staff. The young lady lab technician started to draw blood on my right arm right away and I asked her why are you doing this? My mri order is without contrast, she had already poked me and I started bleeding a lot that she called out for help but it was already too late. The doctor was not care about my concern and needs,the visit was time and money consuming and wasn’t helpful. The front desk and office was the worse than that. I called several times about an issue and didn’t get any result,it was very disappointing and waisting time.

Hello! I wanted to report my experience of having to wait almost 30 minutes for my appointment. I had a transabdominal ultrasound which required having to arrive with a full bladder. It was not ideal to have to wait that long for my appointment, I may not have been able to hold it that long. Wanted to let you all know in case there is a way to prioritize the timeliness of those particular ultrasound appointments.

One of the first appointments. Ultrasound tech didn't confirm name, date of birth, ordering provider. He just asked me if it was a follow up from the last ultrasound. I don't even remember his name. Was super quiet. Didn't speak to me at all. Put a lot of pressure on my throat. I've had my thryoid ultrasound multiple times here. Never had someone so rough. And for a first appointment.

I was asked to drink 24 oz of water one hour before the ultrasound. I called one hour before my appointment to make sure your office was running on time. I was assured things were on time. I arrived to find out that things were definitely NOT on time. I waited for 45 minutes in a waiting area that has a WATERFALL!? Finally got in and tech was good at her job. But this was a nightmare experience for me. This test was ordered because there is already an issue and abdominal pain. Huntington-Hill Imaging Center added to my pain.
