You guys told me to get there 20 mins before my appointment. I did and you guys made me wait more than 50 mins to get my ultrasound done. If you guys aren't going to be ready during the appointment time, why tell people to come 20 minutes earlier and make them wait an additional 30+ minutes?

The wait after my appointment time was way too long. I was seen an hour after my appointment time. It’s ridiculous

Wait time was 15 minutes beyond appointment time just to get called into the ultrasound area, then more waiting to get my ultrasound.
