Main issue was w/ front desk. The lady was quite unfriendly. I was in an immense amount of pain w/difficulty walking. I asked about a wheelchair and she told me to ask the tech. Then while paying the expensive MRI bill I asked if they offered special financing for the card I used and she very rudely said NO we don’t. You just pay. Not impressed

I have to start with scheduling. I had to call five times to finally schedule X-rays for ankle, because my doctors office kept sending the orders to the wrong fax or got the orders wrong. After each try, I would have to call my doctor's office office to get it. Finally, on my fifth, Lily in your call center answered. She told me to wait on the phone until she could settle things with my doctor's office. After two more failed attempts from my doctor's office, persistent Lily finally made sure everything was right. Tech was not friendly. Poor bedside manner. I’ve had an ultrasound at this facility a couple of months ago and the tech was great.

I feel lucky that I was able to get an mri when I needed it but I was surprised at how extremely impersonal my experience was. It was a pretty depressing.

There was a problem with the MRI machine, I had to wait until it was straightened out, I was in the machine for some time then I had to wait 15-20 outside the MRI machine. The procedure started all over again from the begining.
Thier check in is laborious with a lot of un-necessary questions. I am there to get imaged just image me my pronouns are not necessary along with other info which you are required to answer. I just picked the first drop down, I don't care that it is wrong!. When in extreme pain this process makes it far worse. I finally just threw the thing on the floor and gave up. The tablet is ridiculous can't change doctor or insurance so left it wrong. Bad process therefore their ownership to figure it out. Oh and try to get this place ... read more

The technician was cold, short and impersonal. My exam was a very uncomfortable procedure and she did nothing to make it more bearable. In fact, it was more difficult. I'll never return to this imaging center At Huntington Hospital again.

The facility is not equipped to handle patients with anxiety or claustrophobia. Even thigh you have an a wider MRI machine available, it is not assigned to patience that have disclosed they have claustrophobia. Even when the patient specifically asks for the wider machine when booking their appointment, they do not get it. I had to leave my first appointment due to anxiety attack.
