Wait time after scheduled appointment time was almost an hour. That's unreasonably long to wait if you have an appointment.

I arrived the required 20 minutes before my appointment. I waited an additional 15 minutes after my appointment was scheduled and went to the desk to inquire when I would be called back. The receptionist called the ultrasound dept and they stated they were running late. 1 minute later Nicole, I think, came and got me and did the ultra sound. She did not have me change into a gown and the jel was all over my shirt. Instead of returning to work, I had to go home and change my shirt first, this resulted in a 1 hour delay o... read more

This is not the first time I have gone to your facility. The service from the front desk to the completion of the test has always been a great experience.The technicians are always very pleasant and willing to assist if I need something due to other conditions I have. The process is seamless and you have a wonderful team that is always acting in the patients best care.

1. Waited on the phone for 45 minutes to make the appointment. 2. The person on the phone said she would email me to confirm the time and date. I have yet to receive that email. I checked all inbox emails and junk mail. 3. When I arrived at Hill-Huntington imaging center, I was told by the receptionist that my appointment was for July 15 instead of June 15.
