How do I get results?
I signed in about 20 mins before my appointment, paid co-pay, got paperwork etc. One hour later I asked why they hadn't called me yet and they told me I had been written down as a ""no-show!" They did take me a few minutes later but its a good thing I asked what was going on!

Staff made me feel very uncomfortable and aware of all aspects of process
I was asked to be there 20 minutes before my appointment. I arrived 22 minutes before it. I signed in and waited. And waited. And waited. My appointed appointment time came and went and still I waited. I eventually went in more than a half hour after appointment time. The lady was nice and thorough. Then I left and you don't validate. I HATE paying for parking that is caused because you make me come early for no reason and then keep me past my appointment time. Shame on you. At the very least you should validate. ... read more
