Beware! If you're loved one is non-verbal or immobile (that means they can't talk or move), they will be neglected a d ignored. Even others that can talk but are bed ridden yell for care and are still ignored! When we started visiting my mom again after covid isolation, we'd find out that she's been left in a chair fir 8 hours at a time. She would also be drenched in urine a d helpless, not being able to adjust herself in the chair or ask for help. When confronted, they said that she didn't complain! She can't talk! We had t... read more

If there a zero star then this place would get it. Besides Logan the administrator, Jason the nurse and PT folks. The attending physician and the head nurse named Monica are quacks. My mom was admitting here for Physical Therapy cause she fell and has subdural bleeding. Stable release from hospital and was specifically noted that her blood pressure cannot go over 140. Her readings had been 150-160 and the quack physician there said it's normal. Well it's NOT. We had to take her back to emergency due to new bleeding because o... read more

My loved one recently spent a week here to gain weight and for PT/OT. He came home weighing much less and in worse physical, emotional and mental shape. The med nurses on duty each shift either did not give him his correct pills or stated that he had none due at the time he requested. The food was usually all microwaved, cold and if he wanted a sandwich instead he had to ask for it.They did not offer you one and facility had his allergies right on paper with meal tray !!! When either of his roommates was incontinent, they d... read more

When a Dr doesn't come in all week to see his patients, that shouldn't sit well with anyone. When we asked for update, took 15 minutes to get an actual nurse in, was told there was no change or improvement, just like that. No explanation to the family member who has been deployed and finally was able to come and see his dad, little to no consideration or compassion about his father's health and we were not even given a current health plan. They are just doing the bare minimum to get paid by the family's insurance. No surpr... read more

Apparently the people who clean the rooms can turn off the IV pumps and disconnect your loved one from the antibiotic they are receiving. I was always under the impression it had to be someone licensed as a nurse?????????????? Should be reported and hope everyone is aware of this...to add, no education of medications so who knows what they got????

Deserves No Star and a call to the state governing board! AVOID at all costs!! The highish scores are for Rehab and PT ONLY, NOT medical care!! This is maybe a two star and rehab a 4 star. Definite weak spots in Rehab program too: Extreme waste of resources, ie insurance paid days. Technicians wasting precious time bc they did not read my dad chart. The dept manager being asleep at the helm. This facility has a horrendous reputation in the medical field, by their peers. PATIENT NEGLECT one Dr. called the state they put ... read more

My Father was admitted last Friday from a Colin rectal surgery in Los Angeles. He has two ostomy bags. I can't even put into words what has happened. The room he was placed in did not have air conditioning. Temperatures were over 110 degrees this weekend. After multiple requests to the director nothing happened. I finally called the Orange County Health department and reported the issue. That night the director was forced to bring in a portable AC unit to Dads room. Through multiple phones calls we transferred the next day t... read more
