There care sucks. The staff is rude and disrespectful. Multiple compliments filed and they didn't do anything. My dad was in there and was sent to the hospital and they never called us to tell us he was in the hospital . Don't send anyone here.

The stay for my mom started out rough, and yes, my mother can be difficult. The place was fairly clean, the meals looked decent, but the end care was not what I expected especially the night she passed away. Standing at the nurse's station and clearly just watching everyone just talking. The updates were very Vaage. The reports were not clear, some reports needed attention but never spoke to a doctor and the last night no was helpful. Needless to say, she died and only a few had compassion, very disappointing. I was visiting and sitting on the bed kinda out of view from the door when a male nurse walks through the door and loudly calls the neighboring patient a "fucking bitch". I quickly look towards him and he sees me and starts apologizing to me as if that excuses his actions. Then he hurries away. The rooms are crammed and house three patients per room with a curtain dividing it into sections with very little room to maneuver without bumping into the neighboring patients bed. neglect, neglect, neglect. No records of the meds my mom took (unbelievable). Unorganized, lack of communication. Staffs were talking & laughing loud at the front desk and hallway meanwhile we can't flag down a person for care. Best decision made was transferred out to another facility within 48 hours. Highly recommend Sea Cliff Healthcare if you are still looking for a SNF.

My mom was in this facility for only eight days... Recovering from sepsis... A couple days ago she had a fever that they allowed to go untreated for 14 hours until I got there and asked them to contact the doctor... My mom now is in ICU at Huntington Beach Hospital. This place is sadly understaffed.... I was constantly having to call the front desk from my home to get my mom to get a nurse to come to her room... the only positive thing is that they had a wonderful physical therapy team... They take good care of the residents but the communication may be the worst in the area! I go to almost every SNF in north OC. This place needs help in communication.

DON'T LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!!! unless I guess you have no choice. This place is a joke! I took my father there with the intention there were going to help him with PT and nutrition and I was very wrong. Took them 4 days to even evaluate him, he was not being walked or moved for those days. He was not eating very good due to malnourishment and you would think they would help him but NO there were days when I would visit him and his food will just sit there and they did not care if he ate or not.
