I feel one star is too much for Husker Auto Group! They have a good selection of cars but that is about it. During the sales process our questions were never answered just diverted to other topics. The long and the short of it: we were not given our $500 discount for being a credit union member because it was not applicable to another deal we got, although they couldn't tell us what the other deal was. HIGH PRESSURE SALES. I half-heartedly fell for one of their bait-and-switch direct mailers, because I'd already decided to go car shopping. The promise of "one of these great prizes" fell through, & I was offered a lousy travel coupon instead. When I pulled into the lot, 3 salesmen swarmed around my car before I even opened the door to get out. AHHH!! I'm just here to look! Give me a chance to breathe!

In my multiple (8 maybe? I help friends and family shop for cars) experiences when looking for cars that happened to involve Husker Automotive, they left me with the impressions that they are one of the two WORST new car dealers in Lincoln. Their used department is just as bad as the new cars, but I haven't been to every used lot in Lincoln (I have been to every new lot though). Why? They have unreasonable wait times to find cars.
