Terrible terrible place. They sold me a car with 8000 miles service over due. I called them may be 20 times since i bought the car in May 2012. Today they finally picked up my car and they are saying my transmission is not good!!! !I was going to have a heart attack i just bought the vehicle The guy seller sold me the car " told me Everything was taken care of full serviced with the vehile". DON'T USE!! Ordered a part for my BMW thru their bmwmercedesparts.com site. NEVER use them! It has been over a month and I have yet to get the parts I ordered. No one calls me back when I called them. They don't respond to any of the 3 ways you can contact them on their website. Thankfully I used an Amex card so they are blocking the payment. Buyer BEWARE!

I stand by my previous review of this dealership, however I did want to note that I've been told that there was a recent change in leadership at this place. While my experiences were very poor, they don't necessarily reflect the people now working at the dealership, so take my one-star review with a grain of salt.

I've never dealt with Husker Auto before until last weekend. They had a car that I loved so we stopped to take a look. Honestly we thought they were closed and that is why we stopped. I ended up testing driving a GMC Acadia. Loved the way it drove but my husband and I don't purchase things on a whim so we had to talk about it. I have had lots of mediocre experiences at Husker Auto. My mom owns a business and happens to buy GMC/Chevy vehicles for that business. She has gone to Husker several times and continues to be disappointed. She is always given the newbie and no one ever seems to remember the tens of thousands of dollars she has spent on cars there over the past few years. I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with the used car dealer was very unpleasant. I got there just wanting to look inside a car and sit in it, but they asked for just a quick 5 minute thing to get my name. I thought that was ok so I went in to give them that. I feel one star is too much for Husker Auto Group! They have a good selection of cars but that is about it. During the sales process our questions were never answered just diverted to other topics. The long and the short of it: we were not given our $500 discount for being a credit union member because it was not applicable to another deal we got, although they couldn't tell us what the other deal was. HIGH PRESSURE SALES. I half-heartedly fell for one of their bait-and-switch direct mailers, because I'd already decided to go car shopping. The promise of "one of these great prizes" fell through, & I was offered a lousy travel coupon instead. When I pulled into the lot, 3 salesmen swarmed around my car before I even opened the door to get out. AHHH!! I'm just here to look! Give me a chance to breathe!
