BUYER BEWARE!! The old school used car stereotypes are alive and well here, at least with the Mercedes/BMW group. Very deceptive with customer service rating of zero based on a 1-10 scale. Purchased a one year new $60k Mercedes, they covered up that it was a smokers car which I realized two days later when the cover-up wore off. Very dishonest, no disclosure principles, shady as they come. Go buy from someone else. If their practices include these types of activities, think how risky it would be to have them service your car... read more

I ordered $100.00 worth of small Mercedes parts from this company in early December, 2012. Received the parts three weeks later. One of the six items ordered and paid for was not on the package. They have not responded to two e-mails I've sent. Tomorrow I request a charge back from my CC company.

I will probably shop elsewhere next time. I liked my salesman, that was about it. We decided on a price and then I was sent to the financial guy.. the price we decided on was for a 54 month term, the financial guy said it was a 59 month so he was just going to bump it to 60... HA! OK, first of all, who has ever heard of a 59 month loan? And you are just going to bump it to 60?? Um, NO! So finally I argued with the guy enough to get it back to a 54 month loan. I've placed a couple orders through http://www.bmwmercedesparts.com/. Previously, I would place the order, my card would be charged and within a few days to a week or so, my order would ship and I would subsequently receive it. On 9/17/12 I placed a $300 order for various BMW replacement parts and fluids. On 9/19/12 my credit card was charged via square for the amount listed on my confirmation email. After moving from the UK to Lincoln I had heard you do not go to Husker Auto for car sales. I try to not judge a book by its cover and listen to rumors. But after purchasing my Certified Pre Owned BMW in Minneapolis I was assigned the Lincoln dealership for my 2 years of servicing. Unfortunately, we have been repeatedly misled at this dealership. The associates are misinformed and do not stand up for their clients. Do not believe what they say without having it in writing. They do not return calls or support their service. I have appreciated the loaner cars they provide; however, their service department is not top notch; questionable products as well. They do not know what they are doing.

As the other person said, do NOT order from these guys @ https://www.bmwmercedesparts.com/ Been waiting over 2 months and they won't respond to any of my e-mails. I am fed up with their terrible service.
