I bought Cadillac STS on November 4th , 2013 from Husker auto group Lincoln used car sales . before the deal finalized sales manager promised me to replaced some parts which was not functioning properly. After I bought the car and since that day they have stop returning my phone call . there are bunch of Liars working there and only promise customers to sell cars. September 7, 2013 Purchased and financed a 2012 Cadillac CTS from Husker Auto with a trade-in of a 2004 Nissan Maxima. Terrible service! I took my car in for some body work that was covered by the insurance of the lady that damaged my car, and it was the worst experience I've ever had at a service place. When I came to drop off my car, the jerk who was running the front of shop had me sit and wait for over 30 mins and immediately dismissed any questions I had. If the rental car guy picking me up hadn't walked in, I'd still be sitting there in their waiting room. No one even told me how long to expect my car to be in the shop. And then when ... read more

I recently purchased 2010 BMW 335i coupe from BMW of Lincoln which I found on cars.com. The buying process was weird, the salesman would only communicate with me via text messages or emails. I tried to call him but he only responded once in ten times I called. When I received the car it didn't have temporary license plate, it took the dealer about 3 days to just get the temp plate to me. I found a 2002 BMW 330ci on the internet that had just been taken in by your dealership a few weeks ago. I contacted a sales person named Tanner Finkhouse and discussed this car with him. It had just been brought in and pictures or cleaning hadn't even been done on it. I THOUGHT this was a good place to purchase a vehicle but NEVER AGAIN!!!!! This place is a RIP OFF!!! After finding a vehicle that we liked online at Husker Auto, we then did our research and called to talk to a sales man and got Tommy Abernathy who seemed like a nice guy on the phone. I bought a used car over a year ago and was promised several things when i purchased the vehicle. It took them almost a year to come and get it to get those things done. Well they took my vehicle and came back w/ more scratches on it and didn't do what they were supposed to do. Good News! Yesterday afternoon Husker called my fiancé and they are working to correct the situation! So far are being very helpful and accommodating. I will keep you updated next week after the situation is resolved :) My fiancé and I recently purchased a 2003 Tahoe Z71 from Husker Auto Group. In the terms of the sale agreement we were told by salesman Adam Phillips that we could have the bumper fixed by Husker at their cost. Without this deal, the sale would not have happened. Better service than across the street. Quick and easy transaction for purchase of car. But, don't tell them to hold on to a check for you, until payment comes from your loan, even though they say they won't cash it, they will and make your check bounce.
