High pressure is right! My significant other was looking into getting a new vehicle and wanted to look around at some options. Worst car experience ever! My friend and I stopped to look at a vehicle here close to closing time. I told the salesman that I had financing through my credit union but he insisted that I apply for credit there and I was denied. They said I could take the car on an overnight test drive but when I was denied credit from them they said I couldn't. Keep in mind I already had lined up the financing I was planning on using. I will never buy a vehicle from this place again and I will urge my friends and family not to either. Their customer service sucks and once you sign the dotted line, they won't give you the time of day. They make promises and do not follow through. They said they would fill up the gas tank only to have us drive off with an empty tank and they said they'd push out the first payment 45 days and failed to do so. They installed an automatic starter only to give us dead key faubs that cannot work so the auto started is useless... read more
They have an eBay guy that tricks people, makes you fill the review out before the car arrives so you can't change it. I have report this ebay. The car arrived with 1/4 tank gas and he promised to send the money for it as the current dealer won't fill it up. Brand new cars always comes with full gas tank. In addition the insistence to only buy from him.
They clearly do not care about their customers At all!! First off I went in for 1 car that I called about the day before and they said they would have it for me. I come in and they sell it. So I chose another car...they had several guys running around the lot trying to find this car and could not. I had reached out to them about buying a car listed and they were very response by e-mail and phone answering every and any question that I had. I explained that I was out of state and would fly in to inspect the car and buy on site. They pressured for a $500 non-refundable credit card deposit which I filled out and sent it. Two separate individuals (a salesman and the sales manger) said they would get right back to me with details and a receipt. Absolutely Terrible Experience with the Husker BMW/Mercedes Service Department. Amy Told us that our car would cost 1300 to get completely fixed. When we arrived to pick up the car it was over 1500.00. Now 200.00 may not be a lot to others but it was a quoted price by Amy of the service department. She did not call me to say it was going to be more, nothing. So when I refused to pay anything above 1300.00 with the manager she told me that was not the way it works. At this point I am beyond livid with Husker Auto Group. I originally leased a 2011 Chevy Cruze, from Chevy Beardmore of Bellevue. When the lease ended, I decided to go to Husker Auto Group to finance the car. That is when my nightmare began.... Back in March, before the lease ended, I already registered the car. Most uncomfortable car servicing experience I have ever had! The service adviser was unhelpful and untrutworthy attempting to confuse me into purchasing services that my car didn't need and ignoring the devices that my car actually did need because the were smaller expense items.
