Oh my, don't get me started....,, Olivia checked us in. She had been on the job for two days. She was totally competent and welcoming. After a long drive we were looking forward to relaxing in the bar with a drink and a light snack. I chose this property for the location and the fact that it had a bar and a restaurant. At five in the afternoon, Olivia was not only left totally alone to check in guests at the front desk but also to serve the bar patrons and prepare and serve the limited bar/restaurant menu. Cold shower, couldn’t even take one, breakfast was cold also

They had water issues for 2 days. Some days no water, some days only cold water. They were kinda enough to leave papers under the door each day letting you know they were trying to resolve the issue.

Breakfast Needs Some Improvements Enjoyed our stay at Hyatt. However, the food being served at breakfast did not seem appealing nor was it very clean. My family and I decided to dine out for breakfast. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is very run down. We arrived and the only two queen room they had was a handicap room. The caulking in the shower is all coming off and the wallpaper is bubbling. The carpet is very old and dirty and there was a sink in the sleeping room And not in the bathroom. The breakfast was cold and horrible. Tasted awful and didn’t get it the rest of the time we were there. We will not pick this hotel again.

The bathroom was really gross and they didn’t fill the soap bottles. Not enough towels left for 5 guests.

What I was disappointed of was the help at the front desk. I had a two nights stay that was prepaid and we decided to stay only one night. I went to the desk And requested a one night stay and it was granted however I was charged for the night that we didn’t stay and the Hyatt property refused to refund the amount. We were told they were prepaid by Expedia and it was their reservation and it was nothing they could do about it. Expedia said it was Hyatt reservation and they refuse to refund. I have stayed here before, so I knew what to expect. My plans did change for reasons beyond my control - and yes - I booked through expedia - but found it very difficult to change my plans with the front desk. I come to the area two or three times - and thought I had found my "go-to" hotel - now I am not so sure.

Bleh It was insanely expensive for what it was. We booked the room for five people, two queens and a pull out full. When we checked in, they told us they only had a king room available?!? At 3 in the afternoon. The room was not clean, hopefully they changed the sheets, not just made the bed. The pools didn’t have towels, I had to go in twice to ask for some. The breakfast was awful, mushy strawberry and burnt sausage. Tried to get some hot water for tea and the water was brown. So disappointing, spending almost $300 you’d ex... read more
