Disappointing There was no coffee in the morning. On the morning of a holiday weekend (Veterans day), they had no coffee!! “Waiting for the shipment”!!!!! How about sending somebody to the nearest grocery store to get a few pounds?!

Our first room there was hair everywhere and gum on the doorframe to the bathroom. The bathroom floor was dirty. We switched rooms and then the second room there were food crumbs on the furniture. Clearly they are not cleaning and it was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in.

The property seemed very nice. Our air/heater didn’t work. Took them 3 hours to come look. Told us they were going to upgrade us to a bigger room. This was at 9:00 at night with 2 babies. We moved to the exact same room type. And this room the dead bolt was broken. We told the lady and she said “it’s nothing to worry about”. Tried to discuss it in the morning the lady seemed to have no time for that. We also found a belt on the floor of our room. How clean was it if they missed a whole belt!

Probably wouldn’t stay here again. When you walk into the hotel it’s clean and friendly. When you get to your room that’s when it goes down hill, the carpet was dirty, the shower wouldn’t drain because it was so full of hair. They didn’t leave extra pillows for the pull out bed so we called down to ask for a few more and they told us they were out of pillows( mind you it was a Sunday night and the hotel wasn’t very busy). There wasn’t a battery in the fire alarm.
