When I arrived the hand basin was blocked. The room was not serviced. The bed smelt like dirty sweat.

Got there, teenagers running around causing a scene. Pulling the fire stops in elevator. Disruptive to my service dog. Lumpy bed, Luke warm water for my morning shower. Breakfast being cooked my a maid, chef couldn’t show up to his job.GM Linda Villarreal can’t keep her business straight or take care of her customers. Place is aweful….. not worth 300 a night!!!

Poorly trained staff, lack of product in small store(out of diet drinks, no orange juice, etc Lack of staff to even monitor coffee supply at breakfast. Both mornings coffee containers were empty and had to ask to get them refilled! No vending available on room floors which would be good to have since the main lobby supplies were poor.

Breakfast fare quality started deteriorating by the weekend. For example: Bacon was not cooked all the way during both Sat & Sun. Hash brown was overcooked Sun & oatmeal was blah on Sun. We put in a sign not to clean the room and it was arranged anyway. Our room was situated next to the service room, although anyone who entered in it was subdued as we can hear some low conversation. I payed for (2) Queen Bedroom for my family of (4) and when I arrived I was given (1) King Bedroom we had to use Sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. They couldn't change room since it was booked I wish they would communicate they no longer had room I booked. Was not even offered discount atleast for the inconvenience made me feel like you either take it or leave it. At that point i had no choice but to take room.

The only concern in our ada room was the hand held shower head cradle had sharp edges from the crome plating chipping and or peeling off. was poked by it. But was sharp enough to cut someone. Stay was fine and room was great other than that one detail.
