Great location close to subway Excellent stay I was meeting friends for the weekend. It was quick service, helpful front desk staff on tips for fastest way to get around to our destinations.
Great, boutique hotel Second stay in the last few months. Great location close to Union Square and subway. . Very accommodating staff. Lovely well-appointed, very functional rooms. Lots of eating choices very close. Only downside was spotty wi-fi service.

Spring break w 2 kids. Overall a great stay. Awesome location and the room was comfortable and clean. The hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful from the minute we arrived to checkout. Everybody at the front desk was always available to answer a question or give a suggestion.
Questionable deposit policy. I booked and paid for a room for myself and my daughter who is working in NYC. She arrived before me and to access the room was asked to pay a £300 deposit on a credit card. She did not have this amount of credit so they reduced it to £100. HOWEVER on checking out she requested a refund and was told it would take 7 days for the deposit to be recredited. SO WHERE IS THE £100 FOR 7 DAYS?
