I was unimpressed by the services received. My tires were deflated to specs without my permission, they also neglected to top off my washer fluid which is a standard, free service, with any oil change. The dealership neglected to do this twice, once at the time of oil change and again for a maintenance appointment. I also didn't appreciate the standard sales gimicks.
Scheduled my car to be detailed(washed) in addition to a diagnosis and even presented coupon for the service when I arrived, customer service rep said it wasn't needed, came to pick up my car on the second day and it wasn't washed, when I brought this up guy asked if I wanted it washed quickly I told him I didn't have the time as I was on my lunch break.In addition to reminding the representative on the first day I dropped my car off I showed him papers for an P0296 code and that an 02 sensor change was suggested from when m... read more

The maintenance was a good experiance. However, I told the girl that set up the appointment I have nitrogen filled tires and not to touch them nor rotate them. She said she would make a note for the service guy. When I took in my 2019 Santa Fe and went through what I needed, Logan put it all in the computer. I also told him not to touch nor rotate the tires because they were nitrogen filled. I had checked the tire pressure before going to the daelership. They put air in my tires.

car checked to see if it needed repairs due to recent recall. I was asked if I'd like them to wash my car. YES ! It was returned unwashed. disappointed. 2nd time offered car wash but car returned unwashed when the car was brought in for scheduled maintenance. (purchased maintenance package at time of purchase.)

Did a couple service. Oil change and tired rotation. $88. They didn't rotate and it's still costs the same.

I had an appt to test drive a 2018 Toyota Rav4 on Tues, 3/30/21, at 11:30am with Kiki. Several emails were exchanged. I had a text confirmation the car was available from Veronica at 4:35pm the day before the appt. I had another phone message confirmation by the sales manager, Gregory Williams, at 7:05pm the evening before our appt. confirming availability. Unable to fix a problem on my car because Hyundai Corporation won't allow them to until a light comes on, even though I was told by the service advisor that the technician experienced the same hesitation I have experienced since 2017. Now the dealership has changed their story and told Hyundai Corp that they didn't experience that hesitation and Hyundai Corp is suggesting I go to another dealership for service to get a second opinion. This is going to get ugly!
