Horrible experience with service at hyundai vacaville, go anywhere else!
Didnt fix the problems and didnt wash the car.
Went in for an oil change at 10am was told by the rep it would be ready for pick up by 1. called at 2 to see if it was ready for pick up it was not, but they assured me it would be ready by 3 showed up at 3 because I had to pick up my kids at 5 thought 2 hours was plenty of time I was wrong they didnt give us the car back till 4:50. So be ready to leave car there all day for an oil change.
Dropped off at 8:30am for maintenance and 2 recalls. Was told they would be done around 12. By 2pm hadnt heard anything so I called. They were just getting started and to give them about another. 5:30pm and still no call so I just got a ride and went to the see what was going on as they closed at 6pm for the day and didnt want to be without my car! They were just finishing but didnt even complete 1 recall said parts needed ordered.
I took my car in because I have a permanent code (P0456 - Very small emissions leak) and paid a diagnostic fee for them to "reset the monitors". Since then, my check engine light came back on again and I still have the same code. EVERY part that can cause that code has been replaced either by myself or the AAA shop but nothing is working. I feel like they did nothing for me and my car still can't pass SMOG so I can't get my car registered.
Four hour wait for a twenty-minute job!!!
Service Dept. Didn't put wheel lock key back in vehicle, got a flat & had to break the lock off to replace tire. Now I have to buy a new set of wheel locks. This Dealership & their service dept. is a joke. Issue after issue with them & each time it gets worse. Don't waste your time with them, go elsewhere!
Not very good. My car stayed overnight and still did not finish the next day. Had to make another appointment. Brought my car back then they couldnt do anything because the part they ordered was wrong so had to make another appointment. A lot of times wasted.Communication was not very good.
Terrible dealership for service, takes all day to get anything done (oil change, tire rotation etc.), inexperienced "technicians" diagnosing(more like not diagnosing)your vehicle properly when you have an issue & if you want your time wasted this is the place to go! Thay also don't enter services performed into Carfax or Hyundai databases. Now I'm getting alerts my car us due for services already performed.
