when you ask for a ride home and they tell you we can drop you off at the mall 2nd was an uber. taking my car there was a waste of time the first time. 2nd time was not worth it. telling me i would have to take my car myself to where they tried to fix it. i was thinking they could help me. it was a no go.

made an appointment 2 weeks in advance, they did not have the material to do the job. that is no way to run a service department.

Service was smooth. The only thing they did that I didnt like was they offered 3 LEVELS of a 30,000 service. I HATE it when any business does that. Its like they make you feel guilty if you dont pick the most expensive one. I would prefer they dont do that. Just give me a 30,000 mile service and be done with it. Dont make me choose.

I've had horrible experiences at Vacaville Hyundai, in fact, after getting my vehicle diagnosed and serviced on 5 different occasions for the same issue, I still have the same issue, and the dealership has stopped returning my phone calls for help.

Quick and fast , but car was not washed and the service light I ended up having to reset myself as they forgot

I had very disappointing service on my Hyundai Accent. My car was in the shop 4 different time in one month and the check engine light would come back on. They would fix my car and the check engine light would come back on. Then my car was fixed and the check engine light came back on 3 days later. They claimed it was a different problem and not an issue with the repair work they did and continued to charge me for the repairs.

They do a great job but every time I have a tire rotation I end up losing a cap. I have the good metal ones and I'm tired of having to pay for another set My car didn't get cleaned. Only one guy washing vehicles and there were a lot to wash

I DON'T HAVE A 2016 HYUNDAI AND I DON'T WANT TO HAVE MY 2013 HYUNDAI SERVICED BY VACAVILLE HYUNDAI UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY!!!

No help whatsoever. They kept my car for 3 days and I ended up needing to find and purchase the parts elsewhere in order to receive my car back. Ridiculous.
