Dealership was hard to contact. Didn't even bother to wash the car a bit on the outside after service. Overpriced labor and parts
Becoming a hassle to use your service department with all the delays due to the cramped lot with poor flow.
I found a car there online and live about an hour away so called to check on availability. I was told that they had pulled a part from the car to use for another car (something connected to the battery) and that I could look at the car but not drive it. If I liked it, I could reserve it and then drive/buy in a few days when it was ready. I made the hour drive and looked at the car, all good. Then the problems started. went in for a 5000 mile service, only 2500 miles on the car but we have had it for 9 months. Oil change and service were fine but there is a gasket or insulation or something else coming loose from the bottom of the windshield on the interior drivers side, mentioned in the request for service, mentioned during check i and pointed out that it had not been addressed when picked up. Was told that I would be contated to take care of it. So far no one has called, emailed or texted.
Very expensive! They raised their prices for oil change and tire rotation to $131. Didn't take care of recall of engine immobilizer. Won't be going back there again!
9:00 appointment for oil change and tire rotation, arrived five minutes early. Service drive impacted and CB only one lane open, the rest are closed with cars parked in every open space. "Big Red" greets me at his desk, does my write up, and says it will be about ninety minutes. Okay, I expected to wait, but ninety minutes for LOF and Rotation. The oil reset button was done , I complain about the cover on the back cab it is not opening they didn't even look at it I was promise a free wash even once a month that have never done even in service, nit doing the reset button is a red flag for me ..
If I could give negative 80 stars I would. I brought my car here in august and still do not have it back. No one calls me and I cannot get ahold of anyone
Took the better part of a day to get the oil changed. Ugh. Not sure we want to waste this much time again.
