I took my car in because I have a permanent code (P0456 - Very small emissions leak) and paid a diagnostic fee for them to "reset the monitors". Since then, my check engine light came back on again and I still have the same code. EVERY part that can cause that code has been replaced either by myself or the AAA shop but nothing is working. I feel like they did nothing for me and my car still can't pass SMOG so I can't get my car registered.

Service Dept. Didn't put wheel lock key back in vehicle, got a flat & had to break the lock off to replace tire. Now I have to buy a new set of wheel locks. This Dealership & their service dept. is a joke. Issue after issue with them & each time it gets worse. Don't waste your time with them, go elsewhere!
Not very good. My car stayed overnight and still did not finish the next day. Had to make another appointment. Brought my car back then they couldnt do anything because the part they ordered was wrong so had to make another appointment. A lot of times wasted.Communication was not very good.
Terrible dealership for service, takes all day to get anything done (oil change, tire rotation etc.), inexperienced "technicians" diagnosing(more like not diagnosing)your vehicle properly when you have an issue & if you want your time wasted this is the place to go! Thay also don't enter services performed into Carfax or Hyundai databases. Now I'm getting alerts my car us due for services already performed.
when you ask for a ride home and they tell you we can drop you off at the mall 2nd was an uber. taking my car there was a waste of time the first time. 2nd time was not worth it. telling me i would have to take my car myself to where they tried to fix it. i was thinking they could help me. it was a no go.
made an appointment 2 weeks in advance, they did not have the material to do the job. that is no way to run a service department.
Service was smooth. The only thing they did that I didnt like was they offered 3 LEVELS of a 30,000 service. I HATE it when any business does that. Its like they make you feel guilty if you dont pick the most expensive one. I would prefer they dont do that. Just give me a 30,000 mile service and be done with it. Dont make me choose.
I've had horrible experiences at Vacaville Hyundai, in fact, after getting my vehicle diagnosed and serviced on 5 different occasions for the same issue, I still have the same issue, and the dealership has stopped returning my phone calls for help.
