Did a couple service. Oil change and tired rotation. $88. They didn't rotate and it's still costs the same.

I had an appt to test drive a 2018 Toyota Rav4 on Tues, 3/30/21, at 11:30am with Kiki. Several emails were exchanged. I had a text confirmation the car was available from Veronica at 4:35pm the day before the appt. I had another phone message confirmation by the sales manager, Gregory Williams, at 7:05pm the evening before our appt. confirming availability. Unable to fix a problem on my car because Hyundai Corporation won't allow them to until a light comes on, even though I was told by the service advisor that the technician experienced the same hesitation I have experienced since 2017. Now the dealership has changed their story and told Hyundai Corp that they didn't experience that hesitation and Hyundai Corp is suggesting I go to another dealership for service to get a second opinion. This is going to get ugly!

Well I took it back after one night after purchasing my car for a knocking apparently can shaft needed to be replaced supposedly they were advised to replace all 4 cams the service order only shows 3 replaced and my car is still making a knocking sound!
Did not receive update on what was wrong with car for 4 days. Had to call in to get status. Then 3 more days to order alternator and install. Exterior of car was filthy when I picked it up.
I never got to see the contract at the dealer and they made a lot of add ones. The car price was 27000. The final cost was 48000 on a 2017 genesis. I was misled and ripped off.
It was fine.. It took them 4 months to figure out what was wrong with my car.
Car service more because of time than miles. My car was evidently given a 15,000 service but I only have about half that many miles on it. They found a tire had a screw in it. Took car in at 7am but they sent the wrong tire, got my car back after about 9 hours. I went in without an appointment though.
