Just took my baby in, unfortunately she wasn’t coming home. The staff was truly amazing & kind during this hard time. The Vet was very soft spoken and made saying goodbye a bit easier. It’s hard to say goodbye to our fur babies. But I wanted to tell everyone Thank you for your kindness.

Exceptional hands-on care 24/7! My dog was very ill and had someone there with him around the clock to bring him back to his current healthy state. Couldn’t be happier!

Came across this hospital in a emergency with my Bella. Unfortunately she didn’t make it ☹️ but everyone there was so nice and sympathetic with how we were feeling, even gave us hugs to show how much they cared.. Now we are taking our new puppy to see the vet there for his shots. We love how everyone is so patient and loving with him! 😊

On a Friday night, my dog started showing symptoms of an intestinal blockage. I called our local vet and was given a referral to I-20 Animal Hospital. From the moment I called, the staff went above and beyond. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and sympathetic. My dog is very nervous in unfamiliar situations and around strangers. The staff was very understanding and made an extra effort to gain her trust and put her at ease during this trying experience. About 2 years ago had to bring our other dog due to a snake bite. They were wonderful, fast forward to a week ago today. My grandson Salem, had gotten a gash on his back leg around his knee. He was at doggie day camp so they took him to Banfield Vet. They ended up stapling his wound. Within a couple of hours it was coming out. Brought him here and they fixed him up with stitches, which should have be done in the first time. Both times we have been here the Dr’s and staff were wonderful.

I had to bring my pup in for a minor injury at 5 am and was seen immediately. The service was quick and the front desk staff and vet were very kind and explained everything clearly.
