RecommendedThey saved my 10 year old Chihuahua's life and I will be forever grateful. She had a life threatening infection and they didn't waste any time getting her into surgery. They were very informative on her condition and the cost. I was able to get updates and even visit with my dog while she was recovering. I thought the cost was reasonable given the situation. They are compassionate and really care. They took very good care of her and she has fully recovered and is doing well. Thank you so much!
Without their emergency care my senior cat wouldn't have survived. The front desk, Vets, Vet Techs & Management all took good care of not only Chaz but my fragile state of mind. A couple of concerns came up while he was in their care & not only did they listen (super important) they went out of their way to resolve. They truly do care. Update 12 July: The manager, Emily, did respond to my concerns today and it was a very nice conversation that explained the background information about the issues I experienced. Emily is taking customer concerns seriously and working hard to improve the services at this hospital. I will maintain my pets' records there for emergency use. The manager is unresponsive to requests for explanations. The staff is unhelpful and ill informed many times. And the cost is outrageous. My German Shepard Kaia was bitten last summer and the staff on call knew exactly what to do! They followed the protocol of Venomous Snake bites exactly how I was advised on the National snake bite group who’s admins are Drs and Vets! I was impressed bc I thought I would have to show them the protocol sent by me form the Drs in the group but they knew exactly what to do! My pup had to have surgery on a Tuesday night/early Wednesday morning. I got to bring him home on Thursday. When I arrived home, I noticed one of his medication bottles was empty, because it wasn’t filled on accident. I called the office, and one of their amazing staff members drove the medication to my home an hour away. 10/10 recommend!!
Always so nice, and they do not over charge you at all!
The doctors and staff are all wonderful. We had to let our little one go yesterday and they could not have been more compassionate and help me get through the process. They are the best.
Brought our senior dog in after midnight. Her condition was fatal so we had to euthanize. The staff was very patient, respectful, and kind. Couldn't have had a better experience for the situation.
